Feng Shui
Our house sold in one day using Kathys Feng Shui House Blessing. I did the blessing in the morning and we had it under contract that night. The next day we received a back up offer at an even higher price, and the day after that there were two more people who wanted to make an offer. The housing market in this area is stagnant. I had an outdoor cat, Molly, who took up residence inside, under my bed, while I was away on a trip. She had been living there for more than a month only coming out at night to eat and use the litter box when Kathy came to my house to release the energy that caused Molly to behave this way. I originally had a buyer for my house in April, but they pulled out in August. After that my house was on the market for about 3 months with a lot of interest but no one offering to buy. Then I contacted Kathy and got her Feng Shui prayer for house selling. Wow! I did the prayer on Friday night, and on Monday morning my agent rang to say that two couples who had viewed in August now wanted to offer to buy my house. Then they asked if some new people could come round Tuesday morning. This couple viewed and went right back to the agents office and offered to buy! "I have a funny story to share with you that you can tell people if you want. You had suggested wind chimes on the outside corner of my garage (Helpful People). I found some medium sized ones that I liked, and put them up. A couple of weeks later, my next door neighbor sheepishly rang my doorbell, saying she was so sorry, but she could not sleep because the wind chime noise was too close to her house and she is a light sleeper.
"I invited her in and we ended up talking for a while about our neighborhood and school issues, etc. She told me something I did not know-- that Eanes ISD is taking out-of-district transfer students. I was shocked to hear that it was a possibility for us to go to Eanes, since we are in a yucky school district and we have been paying for private school as a result. This was GREAT news.
"So a couple of days later, I had my two kids officially enrolled at one of the best public schools in town and saved myself $16,000 in tuition dollars for this upcoming school year. Ultimately we will save $32k since we would have also put them in the same private school next year. It's a dream come true for us to be able to live in this particular location that we love and also go to Eanes schools. I have never saved that much money in one day before! That's what I call a "helpful person"-- who was brought to me from the wind chimes. So they are not hanging there anymore, but they have served their purpose." - Lorie M.,
